Ftp To 120g Ps3

Is there any way to FTP to a stock 120G PS3 (v 2.20) without installing Linux??

I have tried the File Server from Red Kawa, but that just seems to STREAM files, not transfer them.

I really don't want to have to install Yellow Dog, but I will if that's the only way.
