i have a translucent green fantasy360 shell on my 360 pad and i love it, id like to get some kinda translucent funky shell for my dualshock 3, but i cant seem to find any shops selling them.. anyone know of a place?

nobody sells shells for ps3 controllers

Lakers1969 is right, far as I know, and I searched google for hours under keywords.

No one yets make a replacement shell or face plate for PS3 controllers.

Your best bet for PS3 cosmetic mods is ether painting the controller or use decals.
