Warhawk Omega Dawn Booster Pack

I'm in the US (Central Zone), don't know about other countries.

It's not in the PSN Store add-on section. You put the game in, it updates, sign in to the servers, then it will tell you there is new content available, it then makes it available and automatically sends you to the check out for it.
