It depends on how much money you want to spend. I'd go for a GTX 2xx series card. They range from $160 to over $500. I don't know about your power supply though, so you may have to upgrade that. Plus if you have that Pentium D you'll definitely want to upgrade that as well.

1.When installing the card,,is it soldering/wiring involve or is it just plug n play?and is it not so hard 2 do...iam not i noob but its good 2 know ahead of time...

2.Whats the deal with power supply and how do i compare its compatability with a graphics card? And is my Pentium D 925 featureing 2 processing cores not good enough..it also says its 3ghz

3.And i notice that graphics card has different inputs/outputs,,which is best for my monitor for best graphics? TFT LCD Monitor-HD-Ready with DCDi by Faroudja video,Integrated powered 4-port USB 2.0 HUB,,,VGA,S-VIDEO and composite video inputs,,
1680x1050 resolution,,DVI-D with HDCP Input,,By Gateway--

3.Is Newegg a good site for online shopping?

4.I'am willing 2 go as far as $100.00 for the graphics card ,,cant go 2 high-still paying credit card bills,,lol///i just want a card that can handle games like crysis, unreal, etc i still intend 2 fix up my 360 again,,got it working last night..so can any1 with knowledge on these stuff point me 2 a good 1.....

5.For Online Pc Games, how much do u pay for like Call of duty, crysis etc...and whats gamespy connection with some of them?

I personally like Nvidia but you can look at ATI cards if you want.

- That card will play Crysis just not at any high resolution or detail. You might run into a cpu bottleneck though. In a few months time you'll probably want to upgrade it anyway, thats why I said go for something new. A budget is a budget though.
- That requires a minimum 400w power supply and 6-pin pci express power connector(it gives you an adapter for a molex connector). No soldering or wiring is required. You just install it into the slot, boot up the computer and install drivers.
- Unless its a capture card they never have inputs only outputs(usually 2 DVI and 1 S-Video). Don't worry about resolutions, pretty much all cards will display at any resolution your monitor can accept.
- Newegg is a great site to shop at. I can personally vouch for them as I have bought every component of my system from Newegg alone and never had any problems whatsoever.
-Pentium D's just kinda suck. They are the budget dual cores of Intel's lineup(if they are even still manufactured, I don't know). They are pretty much the new-age Celerons. You should at minimum get a decent Core 2 Duo, definitely a Quad but since your strapped for cash you may just have to wait. I know the feeling, I'm trying to get an i7 right now.

I don't game online so I don't know about any costs for that.

I'm going to have to say go with the ATI card because those other cards just suck. Plus that 4670 comes with the DVI-to-HDMI adapter which somehow handles sound which is really cool if that actually works, especially since you're going to use your pc as a media center type. Umm...

The second 1. is a retail cpu. It comes in retail packaging and includes a cpu and cooler only. The only barebone kit I like is the one that includes and i7 processor($999 after rebate). The rest are decent and...dated. If I had to pick one I'd probably choose the the 680i kit, thats a pretty good mobo but its still old as hell in terms of computer technology. But it comes with a crappy cpu. Its SLI capable but that doesn't apply to the ATI cards of course. Unless you build it yourself there will always be compromises. Well even if you build it yourself there will be compromises based on budget.
