Xp Boot Problem

If it matters, it has been doing this the moment I installed xp, before I installed any apps or anything other then the standard drivers.
Is there any specific reason why, that sometimes the drivers folder is capitalized in those paths?
btw, i don't have a floppy drive and have disabled it in the bios. Any help would be appreciated.
