extract all isos into a directory on your pc, then turn that into a iso.

that might work

You could burn all the iso's as is, and then load them up using daemon-tools or something.  However, due to copy protection in most games, this might not work.  Haven't really worked with it, so I can't tell.

Yeah,
1) burn the isos themselves to a dvd, also burn any patches the game company may have released to the disc as well (I'm not speaking directly about diablo here, just games in general, I haven't kept up with Diablo patches)

2) use Alcohol 120% if you have it to mount the images of the isos as cdroms (RTFM)

3) Install and run the games with the disc in the drive

4) there is no 4

Yeah, or just mount them one-at-a-time whenever needed.
