EBAY and some special wording you should be ok, they wont ban you if you list one thing and it gets closed.  Never hurts to try

In a nutshell...yes. Most closed auctions are reported by other users so you can still get lucky but i do believe they search for certain key words.

Someone traded one on this very board not long ago for a brand new factory sealed XBox 360.  Maybe hold on to it a little while longer, they're not exactly common in the wild.
