He's alot healthier now after dropping some mass and alot of water weight.

His chest/shoulder tattoo is the nastiest thing I ever seen. He looks better with just the Brama Bull one

Soon he'll be totally consumed by his tattoos, and we'll eventually see the "most electrifying man in sports entertainment" on Ripley's Believe It or Not. ATM the tattoo (as a whole) is shaped like one of those shoulder, armor pads gladiators used to wear in the Roman Colossieum.

I think he just got leaner, because at Wrestlemania they announced him weighing in at 270lbs (or unless they're lying) the same amount he was before leaving to make movies.

That ever expanding tattoo is part of his heritage. IIRC, it basically tells the story of his life.
