they paid people to register new members
lets say you pay someone to patch your driveway, and he goes and steals concrete and some trowels from a construction site and uses it to fix your driveway, in this scenario, how guilty are you?

that said, i see nothign wrong with going 10mph over the speed limit, but its still against the law
all in all as far as i see both parties use equally despicable means to get in office, thats why i vote based on what they do (or at leats promise to do in some cases) when they are in office
