Then decide whether or not this is tinfoil hat crap.
This book that supposedly uncovers the evil plans behind HIGH FREQUENCY ACTIVE AURORAL RESEARCH PROGRAM (HAARP). It has to be one of the worst science books ever written. The consperiacy theories about HAARP range from low frequency mind control, the "brown note" frequencies, to world wide weather control, to a star wars missile defense program. This book shoots all of them at you in hopes that you will be offended by one of them.
Also, in my oppinion Dr. Nick Begich, the persont that the tinfoil people get all the information from concerning HAARP, is crook
His website. He among other things, at one point was selling bone conduction devices under the guise of an system that directly inputed stuff into your brain, all the while absolutely denying it was bone conduction. Now I see he is selling cell phone protection kits.
