Specs: Custom Boot Logo (180x50 256 Color BMP stored on E: drive as x2logo.bmp)

Can anyone make one based on my sig image but with the specs above?  I tried just resizing it but because of the size it looked too cluttered.  Can someone modify it to not be soo cluttered maybe just with the eye in it?  Actually if it just had the eye and xbox-scene written on it that would be cool. thanks for anyone who gives it a shot.

I already gave more details than you just asked for...  esp since I said "based on my sig" which shows you colors, style, etc.  I specified it could have just the eye and xbox-scene as text.  I gave the exact dimensions and said it was a custom boot logo for x2.  Did you notice how small it was?  Or maybe you just wanted me to re-write it in that format?  
If that is the case I can do that.  I could also do it in bullet point form or outline style.  Just let me know.

Edit: I have to resave it as a 256 color bmp for x2 to display it.  When I do that the background looks blotchy a bit.  anyway to redo that gradient you have in the 256 colors as opposed to the 64k? you are using now?
