This is an actual engine swap. And apparently its not TOO hard tho Ive never done much research on it. BUT, it's the STUPIDEST thing you can do. STUPID. God damn it, the last gen RX7 is gorgeous AND one of the best handling cars you can buy. Now you dump a V8 under the hood and frig up it's weight distrobution. And ruin the handling of such a drivers dream.

Maybe if I did a 3 rotor swap into my Z28 it'd make it handle better......

Ill try to get pics for you. Ive also seen a guy online put an LS1 in a 1st gen DSM. It can be done with alot of cars. There are also Miata's with big ass V8's in them.

I was just using that as a reference, one of the smallest cars with a very big engine. I would say the LS1 is the common engine for a swap. Ive seen probe's, cavalier's, rx7's, 1st gen DSM's 2nd gen DSM's, and some others.

It was one of the first model probes, the ones that look like 1g dsm's. Im pretty sure it was an ls1. could have been something else tho idk.
Ohh and there was a civic hatch that had a big engine in it, maybe an ls1, and the stock motor in it. I cant remember where I saw it but it was on tv somewhere. He had the stock engine under the hood and the other engine behind the front seats and everything was completely stripped. It might of actually been in a car and driver magazine. he could drive it to the track and then flips a switch or something and it would run the other engine.

I've seen a few Hondas with multiple engines. Ive yet to see a 1st gen or 2nd gen Probe with any Chevy engine. If anyone has proof of one, give links, pics, etc. I'd love to see it.
