thats pretty funny... They use boots all the time at my school.  If you get 3 tickets and still havent paid they slam a boot on you.  However im not sure that i think that is a very cost effective solution as here you only have to pay like 40 bucks to get the boot off.

nice idea but lame kid, he claims he owes 2.5million in tickets? seriously what the hell

he also claims they cant trace the car to him, well they traced 2.5 million in tickets to his sorry ass and booted his crap mobile, his whole "the license plate isn't mine" argument doesn't take into account vin #'s either. it is illegal to tamper with a boot, not just taking one off so he's not in the clear, it's a community college though so i doubt they will care

too much bullshit in the story for me to really get a good chuckle out of it
