I have the following setup,

chipped xbox 192.168.0.2
pc with usb cable internet
2nd NIC (connected to xbox via Crossover)192.168.0.1


This setup works fine for me, Inhave just bought a crystal xbox which I am gonna use for LIVE, I will obviosly be using same setup, is the only think I have to add for live is Internet sharing in Win2k and that should be it I guess.

Now.. answering Jacks question:

Yes, ICS should work to share internet with your xbox and your pc with 2 nics.
But for your IP's I see you have a router, and you should not need ICS, just hook it to the router, unless you do not have any more room for it.

aprt from having to redo all PGR 2 again coz I dont have  mem card to transfer my save from other xbox heheh
