Is It Jtagable (can't Get Dash Version)

Howdy

Been offered a 360 that has a broke DVD drive which I can swap.

The owner doesn't have a controller and can't tell me the dash version but was sent a photo and its shows it's running on a blades dashboard

From what I know this'll be 100% JTAGable, am I right?
If not, I have a spare Matrix RGH chip, what about that?

Any console on the blades dash is susceptible to the JTAG/SMC hack.
