Haven't seen this posted anywhere yet, but on the other side of the windmill to the rocket launcher there's a bridge you can lower. A big metal tie holds the bridge up and if you melee the glowing part or throw a grenade at it...presto! the bridge is down...

anybody figure out what you can do to the machine inside the building in zanzibar? <

Are you talking about the gate in the back?

Sorry I wasn't specific...I was talking about the big thing you look at when you hit the switch to the gate. It seems like there's more to it than just opening the gate if that's all it does...i dunno <

I was wondering the other day if there was some reason for that to be there, but it doesn't really make sense to have so much interactivity in that level and nothing in any of the other levels.

thats pretty old , everybody knew about the bridge since the May E3 2004 Halo 2 Multiplayer Demo.

get a tank or a warthog on that bridge and the sound will keep repeating.

you dont have to use explosives....you can just shoot at the target like thing with any gun. <
