Ok, thats good.
Well lets give up on XBR. You don't want that anyhow.

Download the newest version of bestpigs toolbox at http://www.bestpig.fr/

Enter in your CPU key and under fliename destination select updflash.bin
Then click generate feeboot and open your orig.bin when it asks.
In a few seconds your freeboot image will be created.

Take the updflash.bin file and put it on the root of a usb stick and then insert it in a front usb port on your 360 and boot into xell. It should flash the new freeboot for you automatically and hopefully that fixes everything for you.

If flashing thru xell doesn't work for you then just flash updflash.bin using another method like your lpt or usb nand reader.
