After playing nhl13 for hrs, I was getting severe hand and thumb pain from having to click the left thumbstick to speed up the skater.

So I modded one of my controllers to solve the pain of having to click with my thumb.

This mod works awesome for cod, black ops, far cry, nhl13 basically any game that requires you to click the left thumbstick to run.

That's pretty cool!
I also noticed a lot of cramping when playing for hours.
