i've 2 questions, any help will be highly appreciated

1- i've a PAL 360,DVD region 2, LT drive and have flashed it a while a go with iXtreme LT v1.1 and it's going great. but recently I've tried to play some region free games. but the system kept telling me that the region is incorrect.

would that be a DVD error, or a faulty flash ?

2- i still have some original games from before i flashed my xbox, if i played them online with my current profile ( hold achievements of backup games ) will i get a ban, would be the same with another profile that hold achievements of original games only ?
