I haven't been around in a while I don't even remember my original login info for here.  I've never seen anyone flash a 360 with a laptop's on board sata ports. I've seen the pcmcia sata cards, but they don't come in express cards, at least I couldn't find one. I've managed to flash ms28 and other drives with jungle flasher in windows xp. I used an external hdd with windows xp and used a male to female sata cable. Here are some pictures.
