I d/l  a trainer for halo game.  In the nfo file, it stated as follow,

"Patch the DEFAULT.XBE with the IPS and run. There is no trainer 'intro'.  
Be sure to make a backup of it."

There is a file name czn-halo.ips  How do I patch?

First you to to download IPSWin.  You can find it here or check the "Tools" page of XS.  Once downloaded you browse the default.xbe for where it says "File to Patch".  If you dont know, default.xbe is off the game disc, so you HAVE to copy the game.  So anyways, where it says "IPS Patch To Use:" you browse to your "czn-halo.ips" file.  It would be wise to check "Backup Copy", but its not needed.  Then hit "Patch!" and it patches the default.xbe with your IPS file.  Then FTP your default.xbe to your Xbox to where ever your Halo game is copied.

I tried, but instead, it hang the system!
