ignore what was posted above. He thinks you are trying to do a TSOP flash, which you aren't since you are on a 1.6 xbox and the TSOP doesn't exist.

no i was referring to the knock-off ones that have a on board win bond chip to flash not a stock flash chip by Xecuter this is why you need to check and slayers doesn't require you to copy anything over i would recommend the simple route and slayers does flash that model as well

Fair enough, every reference to a winbond i have ever come across has been in re: TSOP.  I would not recommend slayers as Hexen or AID tend to have more of the latest BIOS files. Realistically unless there is a specific reason not to use X2.5035, it should be the default.
