This guys an ass... I would deal with another buyer if I was anyone else, made blind accusations because of different terminology, accused me of being a scammer.
I usually send the KV first, then take payment, he had the references so I would have no problem with this, but we didn't even get this far, he just started hurling insults and accusations, but i'm not going to sell to this person, there are plenty of other buyers.
