Here is what I did

1) chopped up 120mm fan grill
2) arranged LEDS in a "flower" like this: *
3) cut 5/6" hole directly in middle of case
4) hot glue "flower LED" in middle of case in hole
5) hot glue jewel onto case

let me know what you guys think : )

by the way, I smeared some hot glue on the case, trying to rub it off with my thumb. does anyone know a good solution to take off hot glue? it is a very very fine strip, only visible in the light, but it bugs the hell out of me...

to get the crap off my case i used a blowdryer to heat it up then wiped it with a wet cloth. maybe q-tip if yours is really small.
