Good Temp?

My CPU runs at: 43C/109F
My MCPX runs at: 37C/99F

Are these good temps?

Those temps are excellent.  I get the exact same temps with my 80mm fan.  Just out of curiosity, what fan did you put in?  Perhaps a link to it.

Ya, those are good temps, with stock fan, I think average temps are around 120F... with my Xbox I'm getting 90F for both after about an hour of idling at avalaunch and 93 for both after a few hours of intense halo 2 gaming  :P (I guess I sorta cheated though cause my xbox is open and i've got an 80mmwhere the stock was, and a stock facing down towards the CPU :D

funny thing is that I had the 80mm fan I wanted to put in but I didnt have a 3-4pin adapter and I didnt feel like going to find one, so I took a fan i got for a buck (for the green cc ring on it) and stuck it in.....

heh i still have a bunch of cooling mods to do still....like cut out parts of the hdd tray, put in a second and thrid fan on the side vents....plus more stuff if I feel like doing it....

EDIT: here's the fan I used, I got it from somewhere else obviously but this is the same one:
