Hello all,

first of all, im not very technically literate, so i apologise in advanced for any stupid questions i may ask!

what happened was i have a 20GB HD which is full, so i got a 250GB.

Instead of just getting an official Xbox transfer cable, (as i didn't know any better) i got xplorer 360 pc transfer cable.

I linked it up, but couldn't open up the manuals at first, so i just copied everything over!! BIG MISTAKE. after messing about i managed to open the manual and realised i messed up. I read about restoring the information from the C drive..i found the information, but it still wont be detected!!

i have got an official xbox transfer cable, but the xbox wont detect it connected via the USB (or when i plug it in)

In the meantime i thought if i format it whilst connected in the PC that would help...made matters worse. so now when i plug it in, it appears as an F drive, NTSF. I have changed it to FAT32 with swiss knife, but xplorer etc will not detect it!!!

Im guessing its knackered, but if you can help then PLEASE get in touch...ideally with newbie language, so i understand it
