Help Me Record Video

Hey all, I own a Debug unit for preview code that I get sent from publishers (I run an xbox 360 website, its a legal debug test unit) and I am currently using Neighbourhood to take screenshots, is there any way I can record video?

I don't have any XDK/SDK kits, just Neighbourhood, will that make any difference?
