Problem W/ Extracting Ss.bin

I have Schtrom Version 3.4 and I am using an internal SH-D162D SB00 Drive to rip games.  The problem I have encountered while ripping is at 3% I get an error message stating "Can't extract ss.bin!" Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?
