Xplorer360 Beta V0.9 And Deleted Game Save Restores

Will Xplorer360 (Beta v0.9) allow me to restore game saves that were accidentally deleted? MLB 2K7, to be specific (because of the customized rosters). If so, what file naming convention am I looking for? And yes, I'm a "noob". Thanks for any helpful feedback.
