How To Put Movies Wmv In Xbox 360 Hd?

Hi, I have done the inverse , get a video from xbox 360 hd and watch that wmv video in pc , that video in 360 hd is encapsulated I think.
What I want to do is to taka a wmv video file an put into xbox 360 hd to watch  there.
It is possible??
