Assuming you are connected to the LAN 100mb or better, you can do anything that the MCE system can do.

Buy a cheap tv tuner card, and work on using your pc as a DVR then you can stream all your favorite tv shows to the 360. That's what I'm working on.

just be sure to by one supported by mce, since not all tuners will work.

Xbox 360's Media Center thinger is that it's just a "client". The Media Center PC you have is the "server" that hosts video/tv (if you have a tuner). Essentially, you can just watch video/tv that's on your Media Center PC.

So, if you built a nice Media Center PC and threw it in a closet/basement and it was recording TV shows and such, you can simply use the xbox to watch whatever's on it.

i have media center too now...
what if mine copy didnt pass the GENUINE test online?

what would you suggest me to do?
anybody who WOULD have a suggestion..or a crack?
anything?
