How To Get A Xbox360 Arcade Stick To Work On Xbox

Hello does any body body know if its possible to play a xbox360 arcade Stick on regular XBox or If theres some type of converter tht exist to do this

Are you trying to use it with XB1 games on a 360 via backwards compatibility, or are you trying to use it on an actual XB1 system? You can't use any 360 controllers on an XB1 system, so far as I know.
