Ok well i was fiddling all night with this, but finally got it. I finally got all the info to ftp my 360, right now i am fiddling with a 2.5" HDD right now by transfering over all my files (eeprom as well (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif))
I will be posting a tutorial on this soon, but now its bed time!

i dont have a 360...but what.... you guys confused,  cause maybe all those ftp settings are already somewhere obvious on the 360 menu and this guy is late?     just wondering..

I dunno.  I have a watercooled 360,  looked through the menu's and never saw that one before

mmmm i thought i read from many places it isnt possiible to ftp to the 360.

I dont own a 360 yet (should have one next week) so im not exaclty sure wat the menus are like. Show more pics and ill beleive you.

BTW what program u using to ftp to ur 360?

Probably FlashFXP or CuteFTP.  I'm very interested in this.

i need to see more....  i've seen that menu on both of my 360's....  that way i could set the "name" of the console...  example, living room and bedroom 360, so i would know what ip is which console on my router.  i need to see more proof since i've seen both pages.

edit:  by the way, to see that second screen, all you do is press the right arrow when you're at the network page.

What will ftp'ing to your x360 accomplish ? you can't do anything anyways, show us a pic of you inside your x360 from your computer .

APPARENTLY, you know nothing about this, first of all learn how to spell first before you insult others. And second of all  the eeprom is stored on partition Z "douche bag". If you have no clue what your talking about, which i ASSUME you don't you shouldn't make fun of others when you'll end up making yourself look like an ass. I wil be posting a tutorial on this in about an hour or so. Now quit the flaming or i won't post it at all.

Yes well, i am still working everything out with this, since the file directory is harder to decypher where everything is, this will take some time. Here is basically what i did, I did not leave the harddrive inside the xbox 360, instead i put my 360 HDD with a SATA Drive to IDE Bus Bridge Board in my REGULAR xbox, with the modchip on. From there you basically follow the regular xbox HDD installation tutorial from here. I will hopefully clean all this up by tonight, dont nag on me if i dont have it because im doing this for the good of everyone.
