If that's the case, then keep in mind the first time you boot the NXE dashboard you are forced to lunch and setup an avatar.

They are not aware of the fact you must setup an avatar when you first boot NXE.... the first line says and I quote...

"Some people probably used the 360's avatar creator when they first got hold of the New Xbox Experience, and that was that. One use only. But other people use it a bit more often."

eg. playing Avatar Creator for 2mins counts as 1 unique user,
playing Gears for 3 hours also counts as 1 unique user.

so theyre saying that microsoft made the stupid avatar editor, then forced everyone to create one (and it takes 1 min to load before you can even do any editing smh) and counted this forced creating as "playing" and the avatar editor as a "game". WOW pointless statistic, pointless news thx xbox scene for posting this nonsense

I wonder how many times MS thinks I've used the editor. I exit out of it right away every time, and don't make an avatar, so next time I log in, it launches on me again and I have to exit it again.

Sign in using the guide, and then when it says 'express yourself with an avatar*', hit >< to dismiss the guide.

That should save you a minute or two, and stop inflating the statistics.

Aww come ON x-s, surely they must be more happening in the scene than this!!!

Why not be a bit proactive and get talking to some of the key scene players, find out what they are upto, get some exclusives, you know like you used to back in the day!!!
