be more specific?  if you just put the game in the tray (backup) and it told you the name of the game it wont play the actual game unless the console has been modded.  and you get banned by playing by playing bad backups not just backups in general

360 games don't read in the original xbox. the Xbox 1 can't read them (not as a game). Asking if that could get you banned from live is ridiculous.
