Hey I was just wondering about Xlink Kai. I don't know much about it but I've heard some good things. MAyn people say they enjoy it more than xboxLive because of certain reasons.
Would someone be able to give me some of the details about XLink Kai, like how to get it, if it costs anything, how it works, what features you get which are/aren't in XboxLive, and so forth.

Well Carlo, that link is were you can get it, it is free, firewalls are no matter there, so you can host and and people can join, and you can hear everyone, there is always people playing, much like X-L. but one thing that is bad about it that XL has is downloadable content, thats all i would miss. there are clan areanas and they have their own fourms!

Does it work over your computer, like that is how you join games and stuff and communicate with people? That's what I've seen in the screens.
I won't have a pc near where i'll be playing.

ok what you do is.

Turn on Xlink KAi
Log In
Go into someones room
-Turn on your xbox
go into "System link"
and you should see their game

all you hagve to do on your computer is join a game..thats it.

Carlo, you can also launch just the engine from your pc and use avalaunch or xbmc to browse through games and arenas searching for the game you want to play. It's super cool.

Never worked for me I could never join any games with it I tried all manor of configurations and different network setups just never worked for me. So I use XBConnect. It don't have all the bells and whistles but at least it works for me

Yes you can go online witha modded system. There is a link at the top of this page in the second post, make good use of it.

Try XBconnect and Xlink Kai. They both have different features and you should pick the one ou like best. I havent played on XBC since Halo 2 came out, but there are plenty of people to play with.

yeah i did the same thing. if you like hacking and so on go on KAi (for H@)

but if you just want alot of rooms from alot of places go on XBC

You cannot go on xlink with a xbox 360 game your ping has to be lower than 30ms which is impossible
