Running Games From Hard Drive Without Disc?

It is currently possible, but only with an exploited console using the SMC/JTAG hack. Check out the stickies in the Technical Onboard BIOS / Kernal / Dashboard forum for more info.

Another solution you could do is buy games with a credit card or micro points from games on demand then you wont have to swap discs, but games are limited.
