What Chipsets Can Flash Benq Drive

I have a BenQ drive with iXtreme 1.4, I want to update to 1.6. Old PC just kicked the bucket so I'm about to build myself a new a new one, does anyone know which AMD chipsets will work? Could I use the AMD 790 chipset? If not any good Intel boards anybody know of? Would REALLY appreciate any help.
