Dlc On Hard Disk And Then Swap To Other Xbox360

One short question ,

My brother and i both have a 360.
He's got xbox live , i have not.
Can i put the hard disc from my 360 in his 360 , download the DLC from GTA IV , and then put the hard disk back in my 360 and play the DLC ??
