In case u don't get back in to my post, the problem I was having as you may recall sounds like ur problem. The maxim chip in my key extractor turned out to be bad. Judging by your setup though you probably want to check the validity of that transistor. Assuming everything is wired correctly I would start troubleshooting at the transistor.

Well i got 3 different transistors just incase one didnt work lol so gonna swap it over for a different model.

Do you have any idea how to test a transistor with a multimeter?
