Xbox1 Game Saves

I have a modded Xbox1 with FTP access. How do I transfer my game saves to an unmodded Xbox 360? I have a Powerbook G4 running Leopard. I also have VirtualPC with Windows XP, Xplorer360, and a USB thumb drive, if that makes any difference.
