360 Warranty

I am debating about buying a 360 from a guy in the BST forum.  He said he did not purchase any extended warranty.  Did all 360's come with the 1 yr MS warranty?  Thanks.  Also feel free to move this if its in the wrong forum.

no xbox 360s only come with a 3 month warranty
