yeah, I think the problem is it doesn't give me the options I want because I have my composite cable plugged in.

OK try this.  Plug in your composite (HD) cables.  Plug the green one into a normal component (yellow RCA) jack.  You should get a black and white jumpy screen, but readable.  Boot into XBMC.  Change the setting as stated above.

Give that a whirl.

tongue.gif now can change it on XBMC happy.gif . btw, how to edit own post? didn't see any edit button.
