Call Of Duty Problems

Dont know If this has been coverd before as i can't search this forum  but once i have finished THE BRIGADE BOX , it takes me back to the start of the game , has anybody else had this problem ? mad.gif  , once i get to the end of this stage the game starts right back at the biginning .... it is realy starting to do my head in .

my game is UK version running on a uk premium xbox 360 ..
