Next Xbox 360 Revision.

After seeing how many messed up xbox 360's there are I'm definately waiting until the next revision comes out, 1.1 or whatever it will be. Anyway, does anyone know how long after xbox came out for version 1.1 to be released?

I dont care if i have to wait until next summer, I dont want to pay like $600 for a 360, games and accessories and then have it not work.

have you not been reading any of the 360 posts for the past few days?

this is one of the many posts with several defective xbox's. I found a poll last night and out of like 100 people 23 had defective xboxs where it would freeze, restart, or not play games.

One reason why I didnt buy one yet. I learned my lesson from the ps2, xbox, game cube, psp when they first came out.. I ended up seling them because I Felt like I wasted money then I bought one again layter almost doubling the money I wasted.

Cool, you got one of good ones. I heard somewhere that almost 20% are defective. Also I can get it for christmas and I wont have to spend money. I'll probably cave in and end up buying it within the next couple months.

btw what games did you buy? I want to get PDZ and amped 3.

i highly doubt 1 in every 5 xboxs are defective.

i havent had any probs yet played it for hours on end and nothing so hopefully i got a good one if it starts acting up im going 2 be very pist i waited 16 hours to get this damn thing

I've been playing for 2 days and not a single problem.  The defective ones are probably <1%.  If it were more than 1% I'd be shocked.  You just hear about the problems, not the thousands of ppl with no problems.

ive had mine on since 4pm yesterday and it is still kickn'! also it isnt even hot. hell my modded xbox gets hotter than my 360 is right now and it has been on for almost 2 days!

but, you cant go through your life being a pesimest, most xbox 360s work!!!

people who have a working one arent going to post anything because nothing is wrong, why would they, they are off happily playing xbox360.

thats like phoneing a 1-800-4MY-XBOX (xbox support) to tell them that xbox is cool, people just dont do it.

haha, you guys really are depending on your parents to get you one for christmas... Meh. Lucky dogs ;)

I have no hope of getting one as a gift, so I'll just see what goes. I'm not worried about getting a defective one, or even the price. Price is good, I just can't find one to buy.

haha.. i can wait until theres better games.. when gears of war comes out, then i will get it.. no rush.. the system will still be there in 4 months.. lol.. and this time.. maybe with better games.. and games that are not out on pc also.. lol.. launch titles are usually dissapointing. well they did dissapoint me alittle.. well calling them "next gen" when pc could do the same..  :rolleyes:  launch titles dont use the full potential of the system usually.. im hoping thats true for the xbox360.. lol..  :lol:
