Difference Between "xtreme" And Wxripper Method?
« on: June 20, 2006, 02:21:00 AM »

i used the xtreme method, from the looks of the tut the xtrreme method seems a lot easier and faster to do, and my game worked the 1st time i tried everything.  the wxripper has you doing hotswaps and shit with dvd movies, and i didnt want to deal with any of that,

i've only done one so i dont know which is better but i'm all for the xtreme method.

It depends on if you want a complete copy or not. xtreme does not do a complete copy it skips layer 1 and puts a blank in later when adding ss ( blank360.iso ). wxripper takes longer and you need to swap but it's real easy and does a complete backup ( don't know as of yet but may be better if MS looks for data later ).
