dry.gif I Backed up...  but I also drank jack daniels and let friends mess with it and ended up with my backup re-backupped, a formatted E drive, and a Nice pretty paperweight..... blink.gif (not a noob, just a boob... lol)      goddamn hdd lock...

You'll need the HDD key to unlock the HDD.  Any chance you had used EvoX's Backup function while you had the old EEPROM?  This would have backed up the HDD key.  You could then use hdunlock.exe from your PC to unlock the drive.
