Question On Best Input Method?

Hi,

I will be getting the BenQ FP241W soon and I was wondering what would the best input be to use from my 360. I have the VGA cable but as the BenQ's resolution is 1,920 x 1,200 would the VGA cable not stretch the image too much? as it doesn't support that resolution in particular?

Or would I be better off using the component HD cable? Since the monitor can display 1080p it should be ok with 1080i right? The monitor also has the necessary component cable input. So would this be the best and clearest picture without any stretching?
