I have one of those nice widescreen Dell monitors that accepts component inputs (
), and I've been considering hooking my 360 up to it.
Problem is, I currently have no way to connect the audio. After looking around, I know I need an RCA-to-minijack converter to plug into the line in port of my PC sound card. Any suggestions on a good brand or type of converter to buy, preferably cheaply?
Also, once I get this converter, what steps would I need to take to get my PC to pipe sound from the line in port straight out to the speakers? I don't need too much detail, as I'm very computer-literate. I'd just like the basic concept, and I'll be able to work it out from there.
