Has anyone completed all of the achievements in single player or co-op?  ive got most of them and a few are driving me crazy.  i have the list of what they are but do not know what ones go with each mission.  on the achievements list they go in pairs next to each other but they dont say what they are until you get them.

i need to know how to get a few of them.  

the 1st one in mission 4 and the first one in mission 9.
